[edit] BACKGROUND

Born the second oldest in her family, no one would have ever guessed Sarah would follow in her family's footsteps and become an officer no less a Marine. Sarah never had any plans or dreams of going anywhere that involved any combat what so ever.

Growing up all Sarah cared about was singing and dancing. At age six she was perform in dance recitals in her school, at age ten she started taking voice lessons, and by the time she was sixteen she was preparing to go to an all girls school for performing arts. No one is really quite sure what happened to change her mind but one day she walked into her house and threw an application for the academy down on her parent's desk. From there on out she spent her last two years of highschool training in North Chinese Kung Fu and the Starfleet Academy.

She took to martial arts quite quickly, partly because of her dancing background, this helped her make her decision to go into the Corps versus become a Naval Officer like her sister before her.

Even though she was an Adam, she kept pretty quiet in the academy not making too much of a scene for herself, only making it known she was an expert fighter, when the time called for it.

Making friends was never hard for Sarah, and she had made a good deal of friends durning her time there but no one made more of an impression on her than her best friend Jasmine. The two were cut from the same cloth her being of a long line of Admirals and also a pretty good fighter. The two became inseparable and when it came time to graduate Jasmine pulled a few strings to get stationed with Sarah.

Sarah would graduate top of her class and was immediately given a department to command on the USS Endeavor. Unfortunately for her the Endeavor was also one of the first ships to be sent into battle at the start of the Dominion war, Sarah had never seen so much blood shed, and because of the young lives that were lost along side her, once the war was over she put in for a teaching role at the academy become an instructor of Tactical Warfare and Hand to Hand combat 420 a senior level class.

She remained there ever since even taking a brief stint as the Assistant Commandant, but felt as though the class rooms were a better fit for her. She remained there until being called by a close family friend for a new assignment.

PERSONALITY TRAITS

ATTITUDE: Sarah is unlike any Marine to come out of her family, she is quite often very sweet and a lot more diplomatic than most Marines the normal Starfleet officer would encounter. How ever she is very passionate about making sure that every mission she is on is successful, this comes out in how she reacts to certain situations during missions. However her attitude stays pretty relaxed.

PERSONALITY: Her pesonality resembles her grandmothers, she has a great sense of humor, and a smile that could light up a room. She enjoys the time she spends with her crew mates when she is out in the field and adapts to everyone as if they were in someway family.

When she isn't training in hand to hand combat or any of her martial arts, she usually reading a good book. Or watching very old cartoons. Out side of her uniform she is a very easy person to get a long with.
