Croix D'Guerre

The Croix D'Guerre is designed specifically to highlight a simulation's Commanding Officer or Executive Officer, acting or not, who has successfully dedicated a massive amount of time and effort to restoring and reviving a simulation which had previously been failing. This commendation should not be awarded to individuals who revive and restore a simulation which failed because of that individual's own faults or egregious mistakes.
